(a) In these terms and conditions, 'we', 'us' and 'our' means Designeresumes.com. 'Designeresume/s' refers to our resume product (end product). Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they apply to your use of the Designeresumes.com Website.
(b) As a user of this Website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of use.
(c) Designeresumes.com reserves the right at any time to change or add to this web site, including these terms and conditions of use.
(d) The laws of the state of New South Wales govern the operation of this web site and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
2. Copyright
Customers can reproduce their Designeresumes by printing and/or sending by email or fax for their own employment and business requirements. At no time, should it be given to anyone else to copy, edit and/or format.
3. Disclaimer
Designeresumes.com will not assume responsibility for any loss of opportunity, income, profit, business contracts, employment, goodwill or any other indirect or financial loss suffered whether arising in contract, negligence or otherwise arising in connection with the use of this Website or our products.
4. Products and Services
Our products and services extend only to the graphic design and aesthetics of the resumes. Our service does not include writing, producing and/or editing resume's content.
The information/content provided to us within your original, unedited resume is used exactly as provided and is not spell checked or checked for grammatical errors. Therefore, no responsibility will be taken for spelling errors and incorrect information appearing on Designeresume as a result. Minor changes such as amending spelling mistakes or correcting information can be done within 3 days (72 hours) of submitting the order without charge.
Hardcopy print-outs
For Australian customers that specified 'email, print and post' in their order, will receive via post a Color-printed copy of their Designeresume within 6-8 days of submitting the order. We note that there may be minor color discrepancies due to the difference in resolution between monitor displays and laser printing.
5. Data and Privacy
(a) The information collected from you at the time you placed an order will be stored in our database and used only to carry out instructions and process your payment. Under no circumstances will your information be passed on to a third party.
(b) Original, unedited resumes obtained from you will be stored in our database for one month and will thereafter be discarded.
6. Delivery
(a) Email
All Designeresumes will be delivered via email within 48 hours of payment along with receiving the original, unedited resume. It will be sent to the email address that was entered on the form in the website. If you require delivery to an alternative email address you must notify us by email to make the changes as soon as you complete your order. If for any reason, you did not recieve your product by the specified time, check that you allow emails from customers@designeresumes.com or check the junk mailbox. If unsuccessful, email us and we will resend your Designeresume to an alternative email address.
(b) Post
Designeresumes.com will print in colour and post your Designeresume to you if specified in the order. At this time, we only offer this option to Australian customers and we apologise to those residing elsewhere. We hope to establish this form of delivery for you in the near future.
Designeresumes.com will rely on Australia Post where delivery is part of the 'contract' and we will endeavour to monitor the performance of our carriers continuously. However, due to circumstances entirely beyond our control, if the product has not arrived by the specified time, we will immediately despatch a replacement parcel as soon as we are notified of the delay. We do not assume responsibility for water damage and/or damage to the parcel made during delivery process. If this occurs we will post a replacement parcel at a charge.
7. Refunds/Returns
Under no circumstances will refunds be provided after delivery (via email) of the product. However, we do allow :
- Cancellations that are made within 3 hours of submitting the order.
- Minor changes such as correcting spelling mistakes/information within 3 days of submitting the order.
- A one-off replacement resume with another design at a discounted price (30% off).
If we do not receive your original, unedited resume after 5 days of submitting your order, no cancellations will be accepted and you will forfeit the payments made. Delivery will be within 48 hours of uploading you resume.
8. Licence to use the content on the Website
(a) You acknowledge that the Website is subject to copyright and possibly other intellectual property rights
(b) We grant you a limited, non-transferable licence to access and use the website solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
(c) Trademarks contained on this Website belong to Designeresumes.com and users are granted no licence, interest or right to or in any such trademarks of Designeresumes.com.
(d) Any reproduction or use of any of the content on this site without the express written consent of Designeresumes.com or unless expressly authorised by law, is prohibited.
9. Licence Restrictions
(a) Any part of background/s or design/s produced by Designeresumes.com must not be copied, reproduced, distributed, re-sold, leased or provided to others.
(b)Background/s or design/s may not be used in any manner which is defamatory of any person or entity or otherwise unlawful.
(c) Background/s or design/s may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.
(d) Without authorisation of Designeresumes.com, use of background/s or design/s with any form of trademarks attached is prohibited.
10. Linked websites
(a) Links contained on our Website are provided for convenience only. We have not reviewed any of the sites linked to our Website and are not responsible for the content or accuracy of any off-site pages or any other sites linked to our Website.
(b)The inclusion of any link does not imply that we endorse, approve or recommend the operators of those websites or for any information, products or services referred to on those other websites.
(c) By clicking on the links on our website, you do so entirely at your own risk.
