- When will I recieve my order?
After submitting your resume online and with confirmation of payment, you will recieve your Designeresume via email within 48 hours. If you require a hardcopy (print and post) you will should expect 1-6 days delivery time.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
Paying for your resume is easy. Below is a list of all payment methods that we'll accept:
Credit Cards - we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express
Check/Debit Cards - We accept all Debit Cards with the Mastercard or Visa logo.
PayPal - Paypal allows anyone with an email address to securely, conveniently and cost-effectively send and recieve payments online using your bank account. It is free to open an account and send money using PayPal.
- Will I recieve updates about my order?
We keep you updated every step of the way. If you haven't received any emails from us, we're sorry to hear that. We love communicating with our customers. Please check your email settings to make sure you are allowed to receive messages from customers@designeresumes.com. You should recieve a confirmation email from us after you have made a payment. Further correspondence may be required.
- What if I need to cancel my order?
Our speedy design team is one of the most efficient in the business, making it difficult to cancel orders once placed. However, if you need to cancel an order please let us know as soon as possible by sending us an email at customers@Designeresumes.com within 3 hours after payment. In most cases your order will already be on its way, but we'll do our best to catch it before it goes to our designers.
- Can I make updates and changes after i've submitted the resume?
It's easy. We have a very generous resume changes policy. If you have made mistakes on your the resume or need to make minor changes
(eg spelling mistakes, changes to personal details) we'll gladly do so within 72 hours at no extra cost.
- What if Designeresumes.com has made a error on my order?
While we seek perfection, we are still human and occasionally make mistakes. If we made an error with your order, please notify us and we'll send out the correct order immediately.
- Can I get a refund if i don't like the design?
Sorry we do not offer refunds after the order has been delivered. If you want to cancel your order please do so within 12 hours of making a payment. If you are unhappy with the designs, please send us an email within 72 hours so we can make the appropriate changes. However we do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases.
- Can I change my shipping address?
If you would like us to post your designeresume to an alternate shipping address please email us at customer@designeresumes.com
