After spending a couple of hours researching mattress options by price and manufacturer, a decision was made to buy a preselected mattress from Sleepy’s.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a nice and professional salesman who took us to our mattress of choice and only volunteered to offer information on alternative mattresses if requested. After carefully evaluating and testing all of our options, we decided on the My Side 4 Series mattress.

We’re extremely happy with our selection and appreciate the option to have two different firmness levels on one mattress. While not a well known brand, this mattress competes effectively with the best manufacturers and will serve our needs for many, many years.

I wished to say what a joy it has been for me to get a mattress through Sleepy’s through the help of their salesman. This individual was very helpful, truthful, patient, paid attention to us, and helped us decide on a mattress which appears, up to this stage, great for us! It’s not easy for us due to the fact its just been about 5 years since we bought a Sleepys bed.

Because our tastes had evolved I was scared of over-investing. Our salesperson seemed to be personable and recalled us the rare occasions we returned and departed through these several weeks process. He sold us the bed because we trusted him and felt he had our best interest at heart, not his own. This was not the case in other stores. Folks generally write letters because they are disappointed with a service or product. On the other hand, our letter is rather the contrary. We were so very happy with the service that employees at Sleepys gave to us not too long ago, that we felt it warranted correspondence of commendation by us.

We pulled over in the Sleepys store and got a new mattress model. From the beginning, our sales person was polite, patient and also insightful concerning which mattress model we’d would like. Nevertheless, we had to change the mattress model for some other mattresses, not even once, but thrice. Bear in mind that we are professional folks and don’t have a practice of changing merchandise we decide to buy.

This turned out to be a rare event. We feel the need to offer to Sleepys our maximum compliments because of their tolerance, kindness, consideration as well as, most importantly, the expert way they worked on each exchange.
